Our Story

Established in 1991 GH Capital Management is headquartered from it’s offices in Norwich, Norfolk and managed by Managing Director Kevin Garnham. The vertically integrated commercial property company has experience in investing it’s own capital and obtaining competitive finance supported by in house, planning, design and management services provided by subsidiary Garhold Limited trading as K Garnham Design.

The company is a friendly organisation with a wealth of local knowledge, and we work closely with our clients to offer a personal, tailor-made, bespoke service.

The group has experience with multi-million pound projects including head office and satellite depots for local and international companies taking sites from initial site finding, through site viability, site servicing and planning appraisals, onto preparation, management and completion of planning proposals, building control and statutory consents, obtaining detailed tenders, following through with project management and final sign off, this taking these projects from start to finish from initial inception, through to hand over of the completed premises.

We also have broad experience, working on a number of business park locations in the area and our close relationship with a range of specialist consultants ensures our developments run as smoothly as possible and that the initial design is both functional and desirable to help you achieve your long-term business goals whilst also economically viable.
