Established in 1991, GH Capital Management is a privately owned commercial property investment and development company headquartered in Norwich, Norfolk, and led by Managing Director Kevin Garnham.

As a vertically integrated property company, we invest our own capital and secure competitive development finance, supported by in-house planning, architectural design and project management expertise provided through our subsidiary, Garhold Limited, trading as K Garnham Design.

Our experienced and approachable team combines strong local knowledge with a personal, tailored service. We work closely with occupiers, investors and professional partners to understand their requirements and deliver commercially focused property solutions.

The Group has successfully delivered multi-million-pound developments, including headquarters, operational facilities and satellite depots for both regional and international businesses.
